Lovely Pigeon

Roll Up, Roll Up! If like me you love all things to do with the circus then you will love what's coming......Take a look at Lovely Pigeon's Cut Make Play Circus, Kirsty has done it again, created something really quite special. Her new circus playkit was recently launched at London's Pulse Trade Fair. The kit contains two sheets of cut out figures along with a circus ring and stands for all your favourite performers. Come along and meet... the bearded lady, tiny tiny elephant, mr and mrs acrobat, the bespectacled bear and many more. Fun for all the family but good enough just to have sitting on your desk and to stare at from time-to-time. I love them all!

Anthropologie

I have been doing a fair bit of looking at pretty things on the net as of late and I don't plan to stop too soon either! This is just a small sample of the wallpaper collection available on the Anthropologie Website at the moment. They have a wonderful collection of print and pattern with unusual designs which are contemporary but not too bold. You certainly would make a statement in your house with any of these. I do have a complete love of wallpaper designs and looking back probably should have studied Printed Textiles at Art School instead of Illustration! The new Anthropologie store is now open in Edinburgh - I think I'd better get on a train sometime soon and check it out.

Mollie Makes

Tomorrow I am going to go out on my lunch hour and see if I can find this new magazine called Mollie Makes. I've been hearing so many great things about it and it looks fantastic. The photography and images used look stunning (based on images from their website) and there has generally been quite a buzz about it on blogs and within the twitter crafting community - excited - completely! Will hopefully post some images for you soon, I think I might have missed the first issue pictured above but I am sure issue two will be just as good.

Peonies

Some lovely images of peonies courtesy of the Decor8 blog, always an amazing source of all things beautiful and inspiring. I am still fairly new to this blog even though it has so much on it and is so very popular all over the world. Have a look at everything it has to offer by following this link and I promise you will not be disappointed (you will be lost in a sea of amazing finds for hours though!).
These photographs are by Kari Herer and her website and shop can be found by clicking the links, and of course you can find the Decor8 blog right here, enjoy!

Studio Violet

Studio Violet was set up in 2008 when Camilla Engman and Elisabeth Dunker decided that a mutual project or two was simply not enough for them. Camilla Engman is a qualified illustrator and graphic designer from HDK, School for Design and Crafts, Gothenburg. Elisabeth Dunker too, began with an education at HDK. Now she crosses the borders of design, illustration, styling and photography.

I spotted this wonderful wallpaper from the talented duo whilst browsing the Bodie and Fou website (don't click the link unless you are willing to be completely seduced by pretty things). I also visited the Studio Violet website where I fell in love with pretty much everything, the gallery has some wonderful images, there is a shop section and also a great blog (link at the side of mine if you want a peak).
